Blair began her career in the beauty industry in 2010 and emerged into the aesthetics industry in 2016. Her passion for skin helped her graduate as Valedictorian of her class at Rudae’s School of Beauty Culture. Specializing in advanced Aspire treatments such as BBL, Halo, Profractional, TRL, Moxi, and other laser modalities, Blair can treat a wide variety of aesthetic concerns. In addition to treating patients, Blair travels across the country educating other professionals on the science behind SkinMedica’s groundbreaking products and Diamond Glow, as one of very few Esthetician speakers in the nation. When asked, she says the most rewarding part of her job is not just the clinical results her patients achieve, but when she can help a patient see their intrinsic beauty radiating on the outside. If she’s not working, Blair is most likely remodeling her home with her husband and pitbulls, going to the theatre, or spending time with her son!

With over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, Kelly has distinguished herself as a leading expert in laser treatments.  Since beginning her career in 2016, she has dedicated herself to mastering the science of skincare and laser technology, becoming a certified Sciton laser specialist.

Kelly's passion for corrective aesthetics was ignited by her personal experience with the transformative effects of advanced laser technologies. The drive led her to specialize in cutting edge modalities including BBL HERO, Halo and Moxi.  As a result, she has become one of the top Sciton providers in the Midwest, achieving some of the highest treatment numbers in the region.  As a Sciton Ruby Award winner since 2019 and a recipient of the 2023 CPP Top 10 Aesthetician honor, Kelly has consistently been recognized for her technical expertise, client care and outstanding results. Her achievements are further underscored by her role as a Sciton POC since 2023, reflecting her industry leadership and in-depth knowledge of Sciton products.

Her exceptional success is reflected not only in her technical expertise but also in her business growth.  From 2022 to 2023, Kelly saw a remarkable 47% increase in revenue, with an even more impressive growth of 100% from 2023 to 2024. 

The education and mentorship Kelly received from EnlightenU and Erin instilled in her the confidence to assert herself as an expert in the field, empowering her to recognize her own value and deliver even more precise, effective laser treatments. Working with Erin inspired her to pursue training, so that she can teach others how to achieve the same clinical and personal success.With a meticulous attention to detail and a tailored approach, Kelly takes great pride in teaching others how to deliver exceptional, results-driven treatments. 

Kellyn joined our team in 2022 to help spread the magic of EnlightenU. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s in Marketing. She has a passion for helping small businesses grow, evolve, and share their story. In her free time, you can find her on the pickleball courts or getting lost in a good book.
